Orthopedics, ankle plate "Combi?"

Did this Ortho OP report the other day, so all details not fresh. I believe the pnt had an ORIF for an ankle fracture. The doc dictated use of a "Combi" plate. Never heard before and couldn't find in several-minute search. Any ideas? Thanks!
